Rachel is very personable and kind. She shares her knowledge of the local market and maintains communication in each step of the process. She has been my agent for the sale of two properties and I would choose her again if the need arose.

Our home was on the market less than a week before we were under contract to sell AND under contract to buy another home. Rachel helped facilitate transactions for both properties, we were done in a month, which is almost unheard of in times like these. The process seemed daunting, but Rachel and Carly helped my husband and I with any questions or concerns we had and made themselves available as much as possible. Thank you to both Rachel and Carly for making this happen as smooth as it could be.

We had a very complicated sell - nothing that Rachel could have done to prevent that. There were issues with the neighbors scaring off potential buyers, there was trespassing issues and a whole lot of other drama that made this sale difficult. However, Rachel remained attentive and dedicated to us throughout the entire process. She worked long hours and brought in outside assistance when necessary. She worked with attorneys and helped to capture "evidence" incase the situation continued to decline. Thankfully we were eventually able to close on the property and I don't know if we would have made it there without Rachel. She has helped us with a home purchase previously and we will be utilizing her soon for the sale of that same home. Rachel was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of selling our home. She kept me updated constantly, even when she was on vacation. She never hesitated to answer any questions I had. Working with Rachel Hanes was absolutely wonderful! During the sale of my Condo I was a bit confused as to how the whole process would work out because I had never sold a property before. So after expressing my concerns to Rachel she guided me every step of the way and kept me updated as to the status of who wanted to buy my Condo. She did not disappoint!
