One call, or text and we were able to see whichever house we wanted with a quickness, which worked out really good for us, because we knew when we found the perfect one in our budget, it was going to go fast. The seller wanted to wait through the weekend on offers, but she worded our offer so perfectly, they accepted our bid the next day. She works alongside others just like herself, who are quick to response, knowledgeable, and quick to action. We closed in 20 days!!! Within a month of even the thought of buying a home, we were moved into our new home. She communicated any problems to the seller quickly and had them quickly resolved. She is honest, there were a couple houses we walked in, and walked right back out. She is detailed, and notices problems before the buyer would, and is not just trying to make a sale, but genuinely loves what she does and treats us like family. We had a very complicated sell - nothing that Rachel could have done to prevent that. There were issues with the neighbors scaring off potential buyers, there was trespassing issues and a whole lot of other drama that made this sale difficult. However, Rachel remained attentive and dedicated to us throughout the entire process. She worked long hours and brought in outside assistance when necessary. She worked with attorneys and helped to capture "evidence" incase the situation continued to decline. Thankfully we were eventually able to close on the property and I don't know if we would have made it there without Rachel.
