I am not one to overly praise, but I am very satisfied with my experience with Barbara. She knows quite a bit about the market, but she doesn't pretend to know the answers when she doesn't. When she gets stumped, she does her research and due diligence, which I greatly respect. Barbara helped me prepare for the sale of my home months in advance, so that when it was time to list it, I would be ready, with no delays. When I was ready, we listed it just after Thanksgiving of 2019 and even though it was not the best time to list the house, I had an offer in just 4 days offering $5K above my asking price. That says a lot. Barbara was very aggressive in pulling the trigger and listing the house when it was time. In 24 hours, she had it visible to 4,000+ realtors in North East Florida. I would definitely recommend Barbara to anyone looking to sell their home.

Kim was the best realtor for us. She helped us make our dream come true is to find our first home. It was not easy and fun process but Kim made sure that she was always there to fight for us in each and every steps she looked after us. There was the moment that we were at the edge of giving up due to some situation that was out of our control but Kim was ready to do whatever it takes to make sure we will not lose even it will lose hers.
