I am not one to overly praise, but I am very satisfied with my experience with Barbara. She knows quite a bit about the market, but she doesn't pretend to know the answers when she doesn't. When she gets stumped, she does her research and due diligence, which I greatly respect. Barbara helped me prepare for the sale of my home months in advance, so that when it was time to list it, I would be ready, with no delays. When I was ready, we listed it just after Thanksgiving of 2019 and even though it was not the best time to list the house, I had an offer in just 4 days offering $5K above my asking price. That says a lot. Barbara was very aggressive in pulling the trigger and listing the house when it was time. In 24 hours, she had it visible to 4,000+ realtors in North East Florida. I would definitely recommend Barbara to anyone looking to sell their home.

We meet Barbara when we were looking at property listing that she had in Oak Leaf Subdivision. It was a very nice house but it was more house than we could afford. She was very courteous to us and very knowledgeable. She made us feel special and wanted to find us a home that we liked and could afford. She has excellent people skills that a keyed at helping her clients find that perfect home. A week or so later we contacted Barbara about another listing that we were interested in. She Showed us the property and and the features of the home. It turned out to be the perfect one for us. Barbara was able to connect us with a mortgage broker that helped us to get the financing we needed for the new home. She listed our current home for sale and she was able to get a full asking price. We have to give Barbara a five star rating
