Susan did a fabulous job with the sale of my home and made sure that she was looking out for my best interests during the negotiation process. 2023 is a bad year to sell a home for a good price, but Susan did an excellent job and sealed the deal!

Lisa's knowledge of the Ocala housing market was evident at our first meeting. She was prepared with comps and financials for the home sale. Lisa had professional photography done which really showcased the home's assets. She responded quickly to texts and emails and answered any issues I had and kept me informed on what I needed to be aware of. The house went on the market 4/14/2024 and closed 7/31/2024, with a very smooth closing. Lisa's professionalism, support and caring made this whole process easier on me and I am so appreciative!

Jessica from day one was a Fantastic agent to work with! She first started working with us from a distance( 1000 miles away ) by video walking thru a number of houses with us. We then developed a plan and route of houses we were interested in seeing for our visit. Her knowledge of the area, and market, in both older and newer houses as well as properties and builder was top notch. We had been casually looking in the area for a few years until we saw this house and fell in love. We came from Miami immediately and loved it even more in person. Jessica was the seller's agent but agreed to represent us as well and we feel she did an excellent job keeping all parties happy and ultimately getting us into this beautiful home, even taking care of inspections and everything.
