From the 1st day we met I knew she was going to be great. As time went on she was always on point. Communication was key. She knows the market well and helped me every step of the way. She negotiated for me and is very professional. Lorena has been an Angel in disguise. On days I felt lost she was always positive and helpful to me. She made sure I understood everything that was going on n went above and beyond for me. She answered all of my questions immediately and even on her days off she would answer questions and concerns. I will forever be grateful for her. I could not have made it thru without her help.

I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Luckily, She did not mind me reaching out with my many many questions. We had several speed bumps and were hit by a few curveballs along the way… totally unexpected things! Tara maintained turquoise and got us through gracefully.

I was not able to assist in the selling process because of health reasons. Shelley organized my possessions and either arranged for them to be stored two hours away at a location near my sister's residence or sold them at auctions she organized. I would not have been able to complete the tasks needed to get the house on the market in such a comprehensive way without her tireless work.
