Gregg is what you hope for in a realtor. In my situation he wasn’t going to make a large amount of money but he always keep me informed and continued to work for me after multiple set backs and delays that honestly had nothing to due with him or the seller. He had to go back to the seller on my behave several times to ask for extensions due to delays in my loan approval process. Ginally after almost 7 months we were able to close the deal on some vacant land I was trying to aquire to build a house on. I will recommend him not only to my friends but my family as well
