Had a HOT situation with my mother's place. Was time for her to move to assisted living but being able to pay those bills depended on selling her duplex for top dollar. Randy met with us and suggested a listing price that we all agreed upon. Then, once we got the home empty and clean, he showed up with a photographer that did an amazing job capturing the best features of mom's place.
