Kathy was knowledgeable about the local communities, their amenities, and COA/HOA rules and led me to the right place when I was looking to buy a condo in 2020 and then to sell it when I relocated out of state in 2023. I had no worries from afar when it was on the market as Kathy kept an eye on my condo when I couldn’t and ensured it was always showing ready. Kathy not only did individual open houses to bring in buyers but coordinated a community open house with tidelands management and other selling agents to make the viewing day easy and special for prospective buyers. Kathy also was respected by other realtors and was an amazing advocate in getting me concessions on purchase and then a bit more on prospective offers. Tamara knew what I was looking for because she was genuinely interested in making me happy to find the Home that I wanted. She has great communication skills motivated to find the perfect place, very professional , very prompt in replying with any questions or if we wanted to see a house, she worked on it immediately. Then when meeting for the closing, It was absolutely flawless. I highly recommend her. She made buying this house a very pleasant experience. One last thing, even after our house was purchased and we were moved in. She followed through to make sure we were happy and made sure that we did not need anything else which we did need help in one area and she was right there to help us, to see that we were able to be in contact with our builder. She is a Five star!
