It had been a very long time since I sold a home and some things had changed. Ellen always kept me on target of what was ahead. Even when surprises came my way, she remained calm and helped me work through them. She offered help in ways that I never expected. Her professionalism is beyond measure. I would recommend Berkshire Hathaway to anyone, especially if they had Ellen as their agent!! Although we both were astonished at the sale price in the end, the buyer's appraiser was very unfair in his report, and no fault of Ellen's hard work for me.

Let me tell you about Melvin. He is so dedicated to your needs, he works with you for as long as it takes. He negotiated with the builder, and I received the best deal ever, Knowing Melvin as I do, I would recommend him to anyone, His work ethics are genuine and top notch
