I cannot recommend Kelly Testa highly enough. I first met her through recommendations from several friends who had all used her services, and she completely exceeded every expectation. At the time, I was in a terrible position: I had just bought a house with severely damaged foundations that the seller failed to disclose, and I was fully prepared to sell it at a loss just to get out of the situation. Kelly took on my case and worked incredibly hard to find a solution. Thanks to her efforts, she found a buyer who bought the house at a reasonable price, even after learning about the foundation issues and despite the market downturn in October 2026. Throughout the entire process, Kelly proved to be completely honest, reliable, and deeply passionate about her work. She is fiercely dedicated to protecting her clients' rights and never sacrifices their interests just to close a deal. When difficulties arose during the transaction, she negotiated with the other party with absolute sincerity and excellent problem-solving skills, always striving for fairness and impartiality. Thanks to Kelly’s help, I minimized my losses on this property investment and significantly shortened the transaction process. I believe the buyer is equally grateful for her assistance in completing this valuable transaction. Kelly is exactly what you hope for in real estate—a trustworthy, passionate professional who gets results.

Connie (and her husband Tommy) are fantastic. When you work with Connie you get the 2 for 1 special. In any real estate transaction having more eyes and ears in your corner is always better. Connie comes with decades of experience all over the greater Jacksonville/St. Augustine/Orange Park area and this is the 4th real estate transaction we have personally done using Connie (and Tommy). We can't imagine doing any real estate transaction without calling Connie first. She has seen it all and knows what to look out for. She also had contacts throughout the trades in the area to help us get a deeper dive into any concerns that warrant further investigation. In our latest purchase of a new home, we were out of town for many weeks at a time while the home was being constructed and finalized. Connie and Tommy went by every single week to see what was happening with the home, send us pictures and also talk with the builders on-site construction manager about any findings or concerns they had during their visit. With Team Swanson, you will get an honest, sincere, caring and very detailed oriented real estate professional. If you are looking to buy, rent or sell a home give Connie (and Tommy) a call. You want them on your side for your next big purchase.

Jason was an expert both in knowledge of the process and an expert in handling any issues that came up like with home inspection, etc.. He has pros available to handle any issues that may come up. All I had to do was let him take care of everything. He was able to close the sale fast. Great experience for me.
