I was very fortunate to work with Pam Greene. She is very knowledgeable about the market. She was so helpful to me from decluttering and organizing to staging. She always kept me informed and answered my questions. She gave me great advice that helped me with my move out of state. I highly recommend Pam for all your real estate needs.

I moved to St. Augustine from Anchorage, Alaska, arriving in August of 2024. During my transition planning in Alaska, I worked with Pam long distance as she was working to determine my wants and needs for my new home. I received many and varied listings as Pam was learning about me and building my profile. When I arrived in Florida I was shown many available homes while discussing each one with Pam. Over the next few weeks we found a home that fit my goals perfectly. Pam understands the world of realty very well and her ability to work with buyers and sellers is excellent. After closing, Pam assisted me in many other ways that helped me with decorating, painting, and furnishing my home. I realize that those last activities many not be the norm for most realtors. Pam Greene is not your ordinary realtor. She works hard to create positive search, purchase, and move in experiences. I highly recommend this professional to anyone looking for a realty professional.

I decided to move to Florida in February 2024 after visiting St. Augustine that January. Throughout the process of looking for a home, Pam was with me each step of the way. I received many listings while still in Anchorage and they helped Pam understand what I was looking for. I believe that is one of her many strengths as a professional in her field (getting to know her client). Along with that is her ability to ask the right questions and the patience to listen as needed. Never once did I feel as though she had any other interest but mine as the buyer. Her long standing knowledge of the Florida real estate market is excellent. She understands market trends and works well with her company, inspectors, and loan agents. I learned much from Ms. Greene and truly appreciate what she has done for me as I completed my re-settlement in the Sunshine State. I highly recommend this professional for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Pam!
