I had the absolute pleasure of working with Tanya Cosmini to purchase my home in Palencia, and I can confidently say she is in a league of her own when it comes to real estate professionals. Thanks to Tanya’s deep market knowledge, sharp negotiation skills, and relentless dedication, she saved me $80,000 on the purchase of my home. On top of that, she negotiated an additional $2,500 credit for repairs — a total win. The closing process was seamless, and her professionalism was evident at every step. Tanya didn’t stop there — she also secured me a post-occupancy lease at $4,000/month, which was a huge benefit. Throughout the process, I also got to watch her expertly list and manage other homes in Palencia. She’s not just a top-tier agent; she’s a real estate mogul and a true rockstar in this market. If you’re buying or selling in the area and want the best results possible, Tanya Cosmini is the only choice you should consider. Her results speak for themselves.

We had met Tanya through a co-worker whom she had sold a home. When we had our interview, her expertise, knowledge, and motivation made us want to work with her over all the other realtors in the area. She made the process of selling our home easy and seamless. Tanya explained all possibilities good and bad that we could experience and allowed us to make the best decision for us. She was patient and answered all questions through the entire process even after closing. I 100 % will be recommending Tanya to everyone I know. She is 100 % military friendly and understands military life. I hope to work with her again in the future.
