Kristen was such a pleasure to work with. Among all the realtors I have worked with over the past 2 decades, I would say she is the best! From our first meeting, she notices little details around the house we improved on, and that attention to detail and frequent updates carried through the rest of our engagement assuring us that the entire process is in great hands as we were not on island to stay close to in person. From the initial marketing plan, to the open house, to negotiations, to closing, each part felt top tier, white glove, not your average home sale. And at the end of the day, it translated to results with us obtaining an offer at the top range of our expectation within a short period of time. Mahalo Kristen!

The whole team is AMAZING! I was talking to another realtor and she was doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I was down in the dumps big time. My best friend seen how bad I was and she asked me if I had signed anything with the realtor I was talking to. Thank goodness I didn't. She gave me Tracy's information and we met in like 3 days! As the other realtor I had never met and only talked thru txt for almost 3 months! Tracy sat and talked to me, to get a feel of what I was looming for and price range. A couple days later she contacted me with some home she wanted to show me. I was in WOW moment! Someone was actually gonna help me make my dreams come true of having a house. Between her and the rest of the team I was able to find what I wanted in about a month to month and half! It was amazing and I can't thank them enough!! If I am or anyone I know is in the market again, her team will be the FIRST and only call I make!! Thank you so much Tracy, Frank and Brady!

Always available, very helpful in getting the deal done.

Scott Skare has been absolutely the best of the best! He worked me every step of my home purchase journey, answering my questions and communicating status frequently. We truly had an effective partnership through my journey. He used his vast network to schedule a great home inspector quickly and provided helpful recommendations for electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists. It was truly a joy to work with Scott. You won’t find a more dedicated agent to work with. I highly recommend Scott for all of your real estate needs.
