What can I say other than WOW!! My husband and I have bought and sold a couple homes in the past 35 years. I have NEVER had a realtor that was 100% in our corner!! Roy was available EVERY SINGLE TIME we reached out to him. We needed to do a quick sale, as our financial situation took a turn. He walked and talked us through the entire process and ALWAYS had a smile. Roy had a vision for our home. He knew exactly what to do to get it sold, and fast. The house was absolutely beautiful when he got done with it. Roy was easy to talk to about any concerns, and he never bat an eye when we had any. Roy knew we had taken a major hit and was very empathetic to our situation. So, if you are in the market to buy or sell a home, whether it be with urgency or not...you need to call Roy!! He is tenacious, creative, friendly, and kind. If we ever purchase another home, Roy is on speed dial!! Thank you Roy for all you did for us. Above and beyond!! With great sincereity, the Fox's.

We are 💯 % satisfied with Roy as our agent. Our circumstances were a little different but that didn’t deter Roy from giving his all in helping everything work out! He is dedicated and knowledgeable about buying and selling houses and condos. His expertise and patience kept us positive throughout the stressful experience of purchasing a new place to live. Roy answered all of our questions and was available whenever we needed him. His communication with us was always spot on and calmed our nerves when needed. We felt that he worked hard for us and kept us abreast of laws, policies, and procedures. After working with Roy for just a few hours, our level of trust was high and continued to increase. We can’t thank Roy enough for helping us purchase our new place and for staying with us continuously throughout the experience. He is truly an excellent realtor. You will be lucky to have him work with you!

Working with Roy to get my home sold was an absolute pleasure. From the very first day we got connected he was fast and efficient in getting my home listed. He works with our timelines and processes to ensure the most successful sale. This was one of the smoothest sales I have ever had! I cannot thank him enough to his professionalism and work ethic to get our home across the finishline. I would 100% recommend him to any seller looking to sell their home with ease and will be listing with him on any other homes we need to move in the area.

With Andria’s professionalism and real estate knowledge, my home buying experience went smooth and quick! This is my second home purchased with Andria as my agent here in Jacksonville, FL and I will forever be grateful for her patience and support as I financially navigated through the home buying process. She took interest in learning what my preferences were in a home and took matters seriously in ensuring that we found the right one. One day we looked at about 6 homes in a community walking under the Florida heat and never once did she complain. She encourages her clients to take their time and wants them to be happy with their purchase. It’s a good experience when your agent doesn’t make you feel pressured and goes at your pace. I look forward to building my real estate portfolio with Andria by my side!

As a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous about home buying and Andria was able to answer all my questions putting my mind at ease. She helped me find my amazing home and I couldn’t be happier. I will be recommending her to my peers as well!

A truly amazing realtor that made me feel comfortable through out the whole home buying process and answered all my questions every step of the way. She helped me find my first home and I couldn’t be happier!
