What can I say other than WOW!! My husband and I have bought and sold a couple homes in the past 35 years. I have NEVER had a realtor that was 100% in our corner!! Roy was available EVERY SINGLE TIME we reached out to him. We needed to do a quick sale, as our financial situation took a turn. He walked and talked us through the entire process and ALWAYS had a smile. Roy had a vision for our home. He knew exactly what to do to get it sold, and fast. The house was absolutely beautiful when he got done with it. Roy was easy to talk to about any concerns, and he never bat an eye when we had any. Roy knew we had taken a major hit and was very empathetic to our situation. So, if you are in the market to buy or sell a home, whether it be with urgency or not...you need to call Roy!!
