Kristi was referred to us by a close friend and she was absolutely amazing! We were an out of state closing and she was so helpful the whole way through. She walked the home and video chatted us numerous times. She kept us updated about everything, including any delays. She even went above and beyond and went down to the county to see if she could sort out an issue so we could close in time. We had a tight deadline since we were moving from another state and we were able to close on the day we got into town, thanks to her persistence! Because of this, we were the first family in the sub to get the keys and move in, which was so special in its own right. Additionally, she is friendly, warm, smart, and makes you feel like family. 10/10 will absolutely work with her again whenever that time comes and I will be referring her to everyone I know looking to purchase or sell their home. I love that we can now call her our friend and we look forward to many a bbq over the years to come!
