We chose Roseann not just from a referral but also because of her connections. We didn’t realize just how important her connections would be, given that we were selling a house in Florida while living in New York. Roseann acted as a general contractor to hire a her contacts with a roofer, a handyman, a painter, an HVAC contractor, a pool repairman, an electrician, a golf cart salesperson, and a team of gardeners in order to get the house in a like new condition and find a buyer and take care of anything noted from the buyers inspection - all of her connections charged half of what I expected. I honestly do not think any other realtor would have acted as a general contractor to this extent in order to make the sale happen !!!!!

She is very knowledge in her field always there to help She doesn’t give up. She keeps looking to help find the right house for you. If there’s something she doesn’t know she find someone that does know the answer.

Kirby was/is very professional. He explained the whole process to me and all the questions I had concerning marketing my home and on the contract. If there was a question I had about something on the contract and he wasn't completely sure, he would find the answer and get right back to me. He was always very prompt.
