I was extremely “green” to the idea of being a homeowner and unsure of what I wanted, but Natalie helped me understand my needs and made sure to show me an array of housing options available to me! Natalie is a very resourceful agent, a quick thinker, and even faster action taker who makes sure that you choose the best house for you while maintaining realistic expectations for your budget. She’s not driven by the chase of money, her main goal is to see the client happy knowing she’s helping not only solidify the foundation of the family, but also give the client access to opportunities they otherwise may not have had. Long story short, Natalie helped me make a way for myself when I had none, and because of her I have a beautiful house, and my daughter has a real home with a yard to grow up in! Best Realtor in the North Florida area! Recommended by a coo-worker, I came to her as a first home buyer already scared and confused due to the last realtors I had worked with. Her knowledge and professionality made house buying actually a breeze. She would point out pros and cons of a place, do massive amounts of research on it and any questions she didn't know the answer to she would find out within minutes. She was always super flexible and was even up to midnight with me providing all the documents needed to close on a house. Unfortunately, the lending corp. I choose wasn't the best and caused a lot of stress and problems, Jen went absolutely out of her way to make sure they were doing their job and wasn't being pushed to the side. She made extra trips and would blow up everyone's phone in the office til she had someone contacting her. Without her, I wouldn't have my beautiful house and would have been homeless or got stuck in a really expensive 1 year lease. I can't say enough good things about this women other than if you are looking to buy or sell a house, this is the women to contact! No other realtor can compare, I would know since I went thought about 5 of them before I found her.
