Sue is hands down one of the most knowledgeable realtors that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I listed my house with her back in May of 2025 with a handful of conditions due to our circumstance which i did not think would sell in time. With her guidance and her network of support i was able to close a month sooner than expected with an extra 23k than I originally expected. I wouldn't want anyone else in my corner than Sue Mosley.

He explained so easy the market ambiance. He was always available to clarify concerns. I felt accompanied in a complex process of selling a house w/o the need to be present. Forecasted different sceneries to be well prepared and had solutions ahead of time. He made the process very easy. He was a “come back”, he sold the house to me around ten years ago, and he was the one that sold the house for me. Recommended? 100%!!!!

I found Jamie Stevens to be very professional, very organized and delightful to work with. She made selling my home a stress free experience. She gave me the plan, and was in communication for every detail that came up. She responded promptly to to any question I had, and since this was my first time selling a house I found her knowledge of what was customary for a seller very helpful to my decisions. Even when I initially pushed back. She is very patient, explains well, and helped me to see why I should make certain concessions.
