I can't thank Jim enough for all of his work in helping me with the sale of a relatives' home of which I had limited knowledge. Because of his knowledge of the local market values and expectations, Jim helped me value engineer the repair/replacements items versus those items that were not worth the investment to have done prior to listing the house. Jim far exceeded my expectations of the service I expect from my real estate agent. Being an out of state seller, his local knowledge and contacts was an invaluable resource for assisting me to find people to complete the work that needed to be done prior to listing (painter, flooring, landscape, etc), and even found a resource to assist me with the estate sale. Not only was I able to avoid paying someone to empty and clean the home in order to list, he provided a resource to run an Estate Sale which netted additional money and were required to empty and clean everything once they were finished.
