We recently purchased a home in Flagler Beach, Florida using Rosa Benitez as our realtor. We could not be happier with the service she provided. Before contacting Rosa, we had taken 4 trips from Alberta, Canada to Florida to identify a second home on the beach, without success, Rosa was able to identify exactly the kind of property we were looking for 24 hours after we first spoke to her. She successfully helped us negotiate a sales price and helped identify the mortgage and insurance people needed to close the sale. She helped identify maintenance and property management people to watch over the property when we are "home" in Canada. We are thrilled with this purchase and counting out the days until we return to the beach. I don't think this would have happened if we had not met Rosa.

Michelle was a joy to work with. She was able to market our condominium to attract the most attention and we were very pleased with the price and amount of time to get it sold. She has a great marketing strategy and couldn't have been more helpful as we approached our closing day .
