Wende is fantastic and we recommend her without reservation. We relocated to the area and we not familiar with the neighborhoods or the market. Wende spent a great deal of time learning what we wanted in a home and in a neighborhood and educated us on the pros and cons of the various options. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and we felt like we were her only clients. She showed us homes at varying price levels in all different locations that matched some, all or more than our expectations. It was clear that she cared about making sure we ended up in a place that we would love and met all of our needs and wants. She also found herself, on occasion, playing the unenviable role of mediator between my partner and I when we disagreed about potential properties. She did this with grace and without taking sides.
