Wende is fantastic and we recommend her without reservation. We relocated to the area and we not familiar with the neighborhoods or the market. Wende spent a great deal of time learning what we wanted in a home and in a neighborhood and educated us on the pros and cons of the various options. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and we felt like we were her only clients. She showed us homes at varying price levels in all different locations that matched some, all or more than our expectations. It was clear that she cared about making sure we ended up in a place that we would love and met all of our needs and wants. She also found herself, on occasion, playing the unenviable role of mediator between my partner and I when we disagreed about potential properties. She did this with grace and without taking sides. Haha. We ended up in the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood for us and owe it to Wende’s expertise and caring. She is fantastic.

Wende was such a great realtor. She has a great local knowledge with a great positive happy personality. She helped us find our new house in Cos Cob. During this journey, She was always well organized, she was great with all paper works, always on time for all the meetings. She did not only showed the houses and locations but also she showed us pros and cons of the houses that we were interested in. She helped us to understand what is right and good for us. Finally, we found our new home and we have been living in this beautiful home happily for almost 5 months thanks to her. We do apriciate all your effort and your help.. ??
