We had a vacation planned right before our closing date and she helped to make sure the bank had everything handled beforehand so that we could enjoy ourselves. She was always reachable and answered every question we had very quickly. If we're ever in the market for another house or need help selling this one we'll definitely be going through Kaitlin again!
