Rob is the best of the best. Amazing down to earth guy who is there for his client. He's a local Buffalover who takes pride in his work and his community. I looked at multiple homes with Rob in Elmwood Village, West Side and finally settling on my home in Columbus Park. Rob has no qualms going through the home with you and looking at the mechanics, offering helpful insight and suggestions. He's renovated many homes himself, so it's very handy to have someone showing you a house that can say "that wiring needs to be updated, it's going to cost you around xx dollars" or "that looks like it can get by a few more years, but you'll want to take care of it in the future." I've found that Rob really has an inside track and his finger on the pulse of homes that are going to be listed. We were able to get in right away on new listings which is important right now because Buffalo has really become a sellers market. If you are looking for a home in the city... Rob is your guy. He lives in the city, loves the city and breathes the city. Many of the agents that sell primarily suburban homes are not going to know the ins and outs of the old city homes. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest top-notch agent!
