Wow! What a trip it has been. 32 years in Alaska. Michelle had a work transfer from Nikiski AK to El Paso TX. We have 4 rather large and loud Anatolian Shepherd Dogs, we needed that piece of property to fit our pack. Rachel is a Superstar- 30 days, one trip down for 3 days to view property’s and she got us in this gem! After a few months with us, she had a couple of medical issues which she had to attend to and she sent her financial agent who handled the final process of the sale. This, we believe resulted in a final disappointment of less than anticipated sale price. We had spent over $35K in updates and enhancements and believe that it would help in a better sale value. We started out at $447k listing price and sold for $392k, resulting in $55k difference. We know the government shutdown had some effect during this period.
