After a few months with us, she had a couple of medical issues which she had to attend to and she sent her financial agent who handled the final process of the sale. This, we believe resulted in a final disappointment of less than anticipated sale price. We had spent over $35K in updates and enhancements and believe that it would help in a better sale value. We started out at $447k listing price and sold for $392k, resulting in $55k difference. We know the government shutdown had some effect during this period.
