After a year and a half of what felt like an absolute rollercoaster, we can finally say… our home is SOLD. And there is no way we could have made it through this journey without our incredible realtor, Christine Kemp. We have not lived in El Paso (or Texas) for over 15 years and finding a reliable and willing realtor was a huge hurdle within itself. From day one, Christine stood by our side through every challenge imaginable. This wasn’t a simple listing and sale, this was a long, complicated, and at times overwhelming process that involved everything from legal hurdles to unexpected situations (including literally going to the house and knocking on the door to figure out who was living there, yes really). Through it all, Christine never backed down and rose the challenge. She went far beyond what anyone would expect from a realtor. She didn’t just give advice, she took action. She helped us find reliable contractors, guided us through difficult decisions, and even rolled up her sleeves to help us fix things around the house when we were doing everything we could within our means. That kind of dedication is rare. What stood out the most was her persistence and heart. For a year and a half, she stayed committed to us, never giving up, never losing focus, and always pushing forward even when things got tough. I just wanted to take the time to give a big THANK YOU to Jeff for aiding me on my journey to becoming a homeowner! I've known Jeff for some time because of participating in various Church activities in the past. However, despite this familiarity, Jeff worked hard to earn my trust and business just like he would with any other client. He didn't simply sit on his laurels because of our history. I've seen others have contempt for their clients just because they know each other and figure they will be understanding if they don't give them the best of attention. But, Jeff didn't take advantage of me in this way. He worked hard and was in constant communication with me. He guided me every step of the way and let me make my own decisions. It was because of the relationships he has built with others (networking) that we were able to discover the deal that I ultimately went with. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process and helped me get connected with multiple people that were a vital part of my journey.
