She stopped in the middle of a shopping trip in order to show me a home that wasn’t her listing.I promptly made her my agent and she did not disappoint. She was a consummate professional,returned my phone calls in a timely manner, and followed through on every interaction when others dropped the ball. I would enthusiastically recommend Dawn ,(and have already done so) and use her for any other real estate transactions I am involved in. Dawn was always upbeat and positive even when I was getting discouraged and cranky. She also protected my interests and made sure I was supported in every transaction. We loved our experience with Dawn. With a HOT market, she suggested and toured the homes that fit our criteria, and did her best to secure contract on a home, but we were beat out, not Dawn's fault. Then a property came on market that worked for us temporarily, she was VERY prompt submitting our offer and we were successful. In todays market, that is what you need, someone who is available and willing. We will use Dawn again to find our "forever" property when it pops up. No need to shop for another agent, she was perfect in every way.
