We have also purchased together , and he made sure to continue to help me even after the sale was done. I have recommended him 10000x over to my friends and my family ! He is just a really good , solid , honest person who has a lot of experience. Also : he does single family homes which we have bought ... or if your looking for investment properties he does it himself as well . So he can look at a sale through that perspective and use his experience to help anyone looking for rentals , flips etc .. that is a big deal if that is your goal . Hire someone who does it themselves and who is willing to show you how it’s done . Agents that only specialize in single family only look at it one way . Armando does everything .
