I have had 4 other agents before Armando . 3 were dishonest and horrendous (I won’t name names) I thought maybe most are that way ? until I found 1 who was actually pretty good , I liked her a lot but then I found Armando who has been the BEST out of all 5 . I’m no longer looking for a new agent anymore. He will teach you and guide you through the market . He is someone you can trust !! He will always shoot it straight , give you his best advice and look out for you and your families best interest . If something doesn’t add up , he will tell you instead of just trying to close a sale . He has done this with me many times . We have also purchased together , and he made sure to continue to help me even after the sale was done. I have recommended him 10000x over to my friends and my family ! He is just a really good , solid , honest person who has a lot of experience. Also : he does single family homes which we have bought ... or if your looking for investment properties he does it himself as well . So he can look at a sale through that perspective and use his experience to help anyone looking for rentals , flips etc .. that is a big deal if that is your goal . Hire someone who does it themselves and who is willing to show you how it’s done . Agents that only specialize in single family only look at it one way . Armando does everything . And he has connections in every niche of real estate .

I highly recommend the Berman group ESPECIALLY MARISSA!!!! Marissa answered all of our questions and helped us find the home of our dreams. Since we were moving from Montana to Nevada she even went to look at houses for us and gave her honest opinion of them! I honestly can’t say enough good about her , she even helped us set up a painter and house cleaner so when we moved the house was ready. She was on top of everything , knowledgeable and willing to help with everything. I would use her again in a heart beat and recommend her to anyone and everyone!
