He was always very understanding and would do pretty much anything we asked of him. We were very demanding all along the process but never once did he lose patience with us. Please choose him as your agent if you don't want to deal with a typical snooty DC agent but someone who is down to earth and ready to get past every hurdle the HPAP process brings along.
