I contacted Sharon Norris to discuss the sale of my property after she was recommended by my sister. Immediately Sharon began to research the property and the rules concerning its listing and sale. She provided me with a checklist of things that had to be done and then moved forward with the process. She kept my sister and me in the loop with weekly phones and virtual meetings because we were not in the same city. She volunteered to handle some of the leg work that my sister and I were unable to do due to the COVID limitations and carefully adhered to the guidelines that were in place to protect the tenants who lived in the property we wanted to sell.
