Berhane was fantastic! Very professional, and her work ethic was impeccable. Because of her, the process of selling our property was seamless. She made sure we understood every step as it was presented, and what to expect. If we had any questions she was patient in providing detailed information. What impressed me the most about Berhane was, we had an incident where the staging company did not do a great job, and she saw how stressful this was for us and she went out of her way to purchase (out of her own pocket) items to make the place more presentable and make it look like a home, she also had fliers made to disperse around the neighborhood, held multiple open houses etc. We can not stress enough how happy we were with the entire process all because of her. She takes her time to really understand your needs, and we can not wait to work with her again very soon to purchase our dream home.
