Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller. Kaye was incredible!!! We were so lucky to have her recommended to us by a friend. I don’t think we could’ve found another realtor who would’ve fit us and our needs like Kaye did. Working with her was easy. She set expectations from the start, and asked simple but important questions about budget, location, must-haves, timeline, etc. that got us started on the right track. We knew what to expect every step of the way. We started working with her in December, put in several offers, and finally moved into the perfect home for us in May. Even when we gave up because of insane offers, waived inspections, other people putting down cash offers, higher interest rates, and an overall competitive market, she still kept searching and fighting for us! We resigned to rent in DC forever but she found a home that met all of our criteria, and was in line with our budget. She’s an excellent communicator, does her homework, respects our boundaries/preferences, and by the end it felt like she was family :) She was patient to us as young people buying a home for the first time. She explained everything in detail, never felt like she was in a rush, even drove us to see homes together and had the home cleaned before we moved in. I highly recommend Kaye to anyone looking for a home in the DMV area. You won’t regret it!
