Chris helped our family through the HPAP process. As first time home buyers we asked a lot of him and required a lot of his time. He was always very understanding and would do pretty much anything we asked of him. We were very demanding all along the process but never once did he lose patience with us. Chris was creative in finding a way to get us into the home that had all of our must haves. He will do anything (within his power) to get a deal done! Please choose him as your agent if you don't want to deal with a typical snooty DC agent but someone who is down to earth and ready to get past every hurdle the HPAP process brings along. Without him I don't think our family would now be living in a home better than what we hoped for!

I concur with ALL the other 5-star reviews here.  Justin was like a Knight in shining armor, riding in, to take away much of the stress and concerns related to selling our property.  He made everything seem so easy and made me feel very calm about the daunting prospect of selling our home of 25 years. Unlike like what other realtors had suggested, Justin recommended that we not move out and spend thousands on repairs, painting, and staging our home. We took Justin’s advice and let his decorator tell us how best to stage our house using our existing furniture.  Our home looked great in time for the open house, and it sold the same weekend and at well above the asking price! I highly recommend Justin!  He is a wonderful realtor and certainly stands out from the others we met.
