For these reasons we highly recommend her services especially to first time buyers. We initially hired Cindy when we were buying our first house. As first time buyers we were very confused by the complex process and had used multiple agents before Cindy, however we found them reluctant to give us advice or to explain the process to us. Cindy, on the other hand, was extremely helpful to us and was always willing to go above and beyond to explain the things that were happening and the implications of various decisions we could make. The current real-estate markets is highly unusual, and Cindy recently helped us navigate this market to a successful purchase. This complexity was compounded by our specific requirements with two children and frequently-visiting grandparents. This required a significant time investment in finding properties that fit our budget and space requirements, with constantly fluctuating prices, as well as showing these properties to us. In the end we came away with a home that fit all of our needs. Most recently, Cindy helped us rent out one of our properties. She suggesting some common things to do to improve the property as well as a market-compatible monthly rent. Then she was able to list the property and quickly find us highly qualified renters. Unlike like what other realtors had suggested, Justin recommended that we not move out and spend thousands on repairs, painting, and staging our home. We took Justin’s advice and let his decorator tell us how best to stage our house using our existing furniture.  Our home looked great in time for the open house, and it sold the same weekend and at well above the asking price! I highly recommend Justin!  He is a wonderful realtor and certainly stands out from the others we met.
