Josh is very dedicated, thoughtful, and responsive. Josh is excellent at what he does. Once I met and talked with Josh, I new I didn't need to interview another agent. He's very professional, and delightful. He kept me informed every step of the way in selling my house. Always returned calls and responded to text messages. I will definitely recommend him to any of my friends selling/buying a home.
