Because of that, he was able to aim for the best price range and target the most likely buyers. I am a first-time seller, so didn't know what to expect. We reached out to Jon last Fall after receiving a referral from a friend and noted we weren’t in a position to buy until Spring of the following year. We were also still living in the SF Bay Area and not very familiar with Denver and the surrounding suburbs. Given we were still living in the Bay Area there were times when we needed him to be present at the house to manage certain processes and he was more than willing to help.
