From start to finish the team was on top of everything. In the beginning we jointly planned our sale. Then, Alan introduced us to their moving consultant and he made the move stress free. Throughout the process we got continual feedback. The office support team seemed to know what needed all along before we did. Post-sale, Alan had his cleaners come in and make our home welcoming for the new owners. There was just no stress throughout! We highly recommend Alan, Dave and their team. Given the opportunity, we’d absolutely use them again. They’re the best!

Alan, Dave, Shari and everyone else the team had involved with getting our house ready for sale and sold, were top notch! It's hard to let go and trust, but that's exactly what I did when it came to following each of Alan and Dave's recommendations and with the use of their vendors. Every person made the process easy and we were able to sell fairly quickly and close to asking in an especially tough seller's market. I can't be more grateful!

La Shon is such a down-to-earth realtor. Any questions that we had about the process and houses, La Shon would answer in a timely manner. She was also knowledgeable about the type of houses in the neighborhood we were looking at. This helped paint a picture of what we should expect. La Shon worked her magic to get us a great deal with closing and we appreciate all the work she put into making our dream come true! When it came time for closing, we felt confident in what we were signing since La Shon spent time going through the documents and that meant a lot. She will make you feel like family and, in the end, will do everything in her power to get you what you want. We recommend her to anyone on their house-hunting journey. She is the best!
