Selling a house is never fun or easy but my experience with Martin made the whole occurrence incredibly painless and fun. Martin was always on top of everything and provided helpful suggestions throughout the process. Martin took care of everything, including pictures of the house, staging the home, creating the website for the listing and coordinating the showings with the respective buyer's realtors. He made the house look so good that we weren't sure it was the one we were selling. I can highly recommend Martin to anybody that wants to sell their home. He has earned my respect as an extraordinarily honest and fair individual with a sense of humor which is necessary when selling a home. There are good and then there are great realtors. Martin falls in the great category; you will not ever regret retaining him as your realtor.

I did not end up putting an offer on that property but she immediately offered to help me find a place that day since I was only in town for the weekend. She found multiple listings within my price range to show me and I found the perfect place.
