The place she found wasn't even a normal listing but rather non traditional, it was off market and had a great price that allowed me to enjoy an instant equity in a highly competitive market. It was a very difficult process to bring it to the closing but Olga handled all issues and held my hand each step of the way. I learned a lot in the process. She also helped me with selling my previous home and with her help I was able to get a great price that allowed me to transition into a better area and a much nicer home than I planned.
