Overall our experience with English Realty was good. Mr. English was always helpful with questions & problems, & handling matters regarding the upkeep & sale of the house. Unfortunately our experience with the house as a rental problem was frustrating, because the tenants always proved to be unreliable, costing us lost rent. Also some of the contractors Mr. English hired to do maintenance, while it was a rental property, were unreliable. When we decided to sell, it was at Mr. English's advice, & we sold the house for what we wanted. Mr. English handled everything expeditiously.
