He has continued to be hands-on in our communications with our builder and the engineer drawing the plans for our home. He has always made time to meet when we've asked and has provided answers and follow-up to any questions that we've had during the purchase/settlement/home building process. His laid-back demeanor has made us feel at ease during what could have been a stressful time and we have never felt like we were being pushed into making decisions with which we weren't comfortable.
