We cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience working with Mary Sue (and her partner Kathie) has been. Mary Sue helped us buy our very first home and is now guiding us through buying a new home and selling our current home. We would have been completely lost without her! She cares deeply about her clients and always puts their best interest first. We saw so many homes over the past 6 months, and she never once made us feel rushed or pressured to act before we were completely ready. She would ask thoughtful questions and encourage us to think carefully about what the best next move was for our family. She then used her industry expertise, diligence, affability, and integrity to land us our dream home in an extremely competitive and fast-paced market. In addition, she and Kathie went above and beyond to guide us through the process of listing and selling our current home. They helped us with staging, connected us with repair people and cleaners, and facilitated a whirlwind weekend of showings and open houses. Our house had multiple offers and sold quickly all thanks to them. We are forever grateful to Mary Sue and Kathie for making this whole experience so positive, and for helping us find such a beautiful home for our family’s next chapter. We hope everyone is fortunate enough to have people like them in their corner!

Tim’s ability to keep us updated during the process was incredible-he was very accurate, professional and efficient in all of his communication! He was dependable and available whenever there was a property that we wanted to view. I highly recommend Tim!
