We recently had Mark sell my fathers home. We knew immediately upon receiving his listing proposal that he was the right agent for the job. I had two other realtors in and was not satisfied with the prices that they suggested we list the home for. Both realtors were not at all consistent with the prices of other properties in the development, they were significantly lower. I called Mark and he gave us an analysis that was much more consistent with the market prices in the area. We chose Mark to list the house and he sold the home in about three weeks. Mark was informative, professional and knowledgeable throughout the home selling process. He even went the extra step with suggestions on furniture placement that gave the home a more updated look. We will always choose Mark for all of our real estate needs and will always recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
