I know that every detail is the most important when having a Listing. Debbie Hileman created from written description, to photographing my property exeptionally ! Debbie and her staff comunicated with me the moment anyone had questions and offers with regards to my listing. Which is the best way to not have stress or concerns for the seller. I highly recommend if you want a Agent / Agency with knowledge of the Eastern Shore, do not look any further. I will recomend Debbie Hileman to all whom are thinking of selling or buying !

I cannot recommend Robin more highly. My father passed away and I needed to sell his house in Lewes, Delaware. I had never sold a house before and had no idea how to go about it. I was planning on randomly calling a few realtors in the area and using one of them. However, in the mail at the house was a note from Robin, who it turns out had been the real estate agent years ago when my mom and dad bought the house. It was just a nice note checking up on my father because she had heard about the passing of my mom. I decided to give Robin a call, and I’m glad I did. Robin is very proactive and pleasant to work with. With me being out of state, I did not have any good contacts in terms of painters, electricians, cleaners, etc. Robin seems to know everyone in the real estate business - she has a network of people that she has worked with before and trusts to do a good job. For any work that we needed done, Robin called them directly and arranged everything. I can’t stress enough how helpful this was for me, since I don’t live in the area. Throughout the whole process, Robin was a calming presence who got out in front of any issues. Her performance was superb. You won’t find a better, more knowledgeable, and professional real estate agent.

As our realtor, Monica was excellent . She answered all questions about property, pursued the owners /realtor for needed answers and made sure all loose ends were completed so settlement occurred . Thank you, Monica!

We met Amy through a prior real estate encounter. While she was not our agent for that property, we were very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. After deciding to look at a different property, we called her and asked her to represent us as buyers. She was patient with all our many questions and helpful with various ideas. Throughout the entire transaction, she was actively involved and checking in with us about all the fine details. She coordinated everything we needed to do and actually made the entire process seamless. She was thoughtful to everyone, courteous to the buyers, their agent and the law office. For example, the morning of settlement, we were running about 10 minutes late as the drive from the house (where we did the final walk-through) to the office was delayed considerably due to traffic. I didn't have the where-with-all to call them, though I was anxious about being late, but she did and then texted me that she had notified them. She was thoughtful and just took care of it. That is her in a nut-shell!

My agent was able to work with us beyond the 90 days prior to closing. Her effort to find us the right home was unmatched. Every time we want to see a home, she was able to make it happen within a reasonable timeframe. We wanted to look at home 5 months out to make sure that we’re able to thoroughly search the souther Delaware/Sussex County areas. Our agent was able to answer VA related question and if she didn’t know the answer, she was sure to find it for us. We’re very grateful for her assistance.
