She re-listed my property after I took a few months off (I'd listed with another agent first and went 4 months with no offers). She walked me through the process in a very thorough and professional manner. I was out of state throughout the listing and sale of my condo, and Holly was very communicative, responsive, and generally made everything much easier for me even without ever meeting in person.
