Lisa listen to what I wanted, knew the local market very well, and made the entire selling process pretty stress free. Even attended my closing for me. If you are looking for a serious and dedicated agent I highly recommend Lisa Mathena And Group P.S failed to mention that she was always very prompt about retuning phone calls or text messages to me, which ment a lot, so I say Thank You Lisa.

I would highly recommend Donna to anyone shopping for a new home! She is an experienced and professional realtor. I moved from out of state and relied on Donna's expert knowledge of the area. She was very communicative and tailored the listings she provided based on my feedback. I'd use her again and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone I know house shopping in Sussex County. I wouldn't have wanted to do it without her. Totally 5 stars!!

Lisa had my house under contract in 10 days! She was extremely professional, personable and answered any questions I had along the way. Just a great experience, thanks Lisa!!

Everything was done in 30 minutes, with clear communicat and explanation.

Lisa was amazing throughout our entire experience buying 795 Ocean Ave. She was always attentive, answered our questions quickly, even while on vacation, and was always willing to help with recommendations for local contractors. What made Lisa special was that she treated us like people, not just another sale. She listened, cared, and went above and beyond for us. We absolutely loved working with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. You won’t be disappointed!

Mary provided knowledgeable and thorough guidance in selling our home. She provided initial market research to collaborate on setting a price and provide close and timely communication throughout the process.
