I didn’t know who to call for a real estate agent in Ocean City, Maryland. The first realtor I tried, Vinny Steo, his secretary answered the phone, and she just couldn’t be bothered. After 1 year, I decided to replace the roofing and siding and the home sold within 2 days after the first showing. I’m very pleased with Dave’s service. He advised me about the market and pricing and looked out for me during the closing. He has even told me to call him if I receive any bills and he would take care of it.
