Brendan Crotty is an awesome and helpful real estate agent! He carefully selected homes for us that had our wish list items and within our budget. He was extremely knowledgeable when we had questions (which we had a lot of)! Throughout the entire home search and buying process he was always accommodating with our crazy schedule for home showings. We will definitely use Brendan Crotty again when we look to move into another home. He is the best!

My agent was able to work with us beyond the 90 days prior to closing. Her effort to find us the right home was unmatched. Every time we want to see a home, she was able to make it happen within a reasonable timeframe. We wanted to look at home 5 months out to make sure that we’re able to thoroughly search the souther Delaware/Sussex County areas. Our agent was able to answer VA related question and if she didn’t know the answer, she was sure to find it for us. We’re very grateful for her assistance.

Tim was very knowledgeable about the entire process that comes with purchasing a home. Because I am a first-time home buyer, I had lots of questions and Tim was patient with answering them all. Tim always kept the lines of communication open with me via text, email, phone calls and our meet ups. Tim made me feel very comfortable with providing honest feedback and explained his reasonings while backing each up with facts. As my first time experiencing this process, Tim made my experience a great one. He's so professional and displays integrity within his work. I would recommend Tim 1000 times over.
