She paid attention to details/wishes such as price, square footage, type of home, location of home. She knows her stuff. At every step in the search and buying process, she was there to explain, assist, hold my hand which all lead to an extremely smooth settlement with no surprises. Crystal was outstanding at informing, updating and educating me on the changes in the real estate world - it’s been 24 years since I bought a new home. Plus, I was buying in a new state. I was looking for my forever home as a retired senior.
